POWER HOUR

back squat

3x ME DB seated press

3x30 hollow rocks

 

BARBELL ENDURANCE

 

15 minutes to establish 1 RM snatch

then,

start at 50%, snatch, add 10 lbs. total, snatch, drop 5 lbs.,  snatch

continue until you miss 3 times
