BARBELL ENDURANCE

then,

EMOM for 6 minutes:

5 TnG power cleans+2jerks

rest 1 minute

EMOM for 6 minutes:

3 TnG squat cleans+1 jerk

rest 1 minute

2 TnG power cleans+1 jerk
