complete one pull up in the first minute,

complete two pull ups in the second minutes,

complete three pull ups in the third minute,

.... continue in this fashion until you cannot complete the 

required number of pull ups

 

POWER HOUR

 

Hatch Day 3

3x10 single arm DB push press

3x30 hollow rocks

 

BARBELL ENDURANCE

 

3 sets of:

5 deadlift+4 hang squat cleans+3 jerks

2 sets of:

3 deadlift+2 hang squat cleans+1 jerk

then,

EMOM for 18 minutes:

2 hang squat cleans+1 jerk
