EMOM for 5 minutes:

squat clean + hang squat clean+ 2 jerks

then, 

3 sets of:

7 deadlifts + 5 power cleans + 3 front squats + 1 jerk

then,

5 sets of:

5 deadlifts + 4 power cleans + 3 front squats + 2 jerks
