3x20 back extension

 

BARBELL ENDURANCE

 

3 sets of:

5 deadlifts+4 hang power cleans+3 jerks

then,

10 minutes to establish 1 RM hang power clean + jerk

then,

EMOM for 12 minutes of:

2 hang power cleans+1 jerk @ 85%
