POWER HOUR

APRE 6 Back Squat

4 Sets: ME Push Up

4 Rounds: Row :30/ Rest :30

BARBELL ENDURANCE

5 Sets: 2 Snatch High Pull + Power Snatch

4 Sets: Power Snatch + Snatch

EMOM: 1 Ascending Snatch

*Start with an empty bar and add 10lbs each minute. Once you max out, drop down to 75% of your best lift. Use this weight until everyone in class has reached a max weight.
